At FAM DRESSES, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.

United Arab Emirates: Typically 2–5 business days.
International orders: Typically 5–15 business days.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. Some international destinations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Cost

Free worldwide shipping is provided on all orders.

There is no additional charge for standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Delivery Problems

If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or you believe it has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us at famdresses1@gmail.com with your order number.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, additional arrangements may be required before the order can be reshipped.
